Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Boztay is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days after the item is received and confirmed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
